Provider may provide updates and support for the Service at its discretion. However, there is no obligation for continuous updates or support.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the Service are owned by the Provider. User shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

User agrees that SubconsciousExplorer will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by the User. The use of the Service and its interpretation of dreams is based on the User's own understanding, and SubconsciousExplorer shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from User actions, decisions, or interpretations related to the use of the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire understanding between the parties concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Terms.
